5.5 mil Dacron® polyester woven splicing tape

ADK 5-PF is a strong, flexible biased splicing tape for use on abrasive belt butt splices with flexible X and J weight cloth backings. ADK 5-PF is recommended for applications that require high flexibility and is particularly well suited for very narrow belts under 1". In addition, ADK 5-PF can be used with glue bond, resin/glue, and full resin and waterproof coated abrasives for narrow and wide belts.

All Adirondack woven products have been engineered to supply maximum strength in the belt direction without the additional thickness of traditional square weave fabrics. These thin oriented fabrics are also specially weave set to stabilize the tape for easier handling and processing.
