A truly exceptional and crisp sparkling wine with a clean, intense nose showing rich notes of brioche and toasted almonds. Well balanced with slight mineral notes and a long, dry finish. An early harvest date guaranteed the exceptional flavors and structure found in this refreshingly crisp classic sparkler. Specially selected Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes blend beautifully together to create the base wine for this Cuvee Brut. Using the traditional method, each bottle was aged on the lees for a year and a half and hand riddled, resulting in a luxurious sparkling wine with depth and character.
