Tasting Notes:
Smooth and well balanced with a light floral nose and balanced acidity.
Production Notes:Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks is used to maintain the fruit and floral aromas and flavor of the wine. This wine is racked quickly after fermentation to prevent lees contact. Upon pressing, juice is reserved to add back at bottling to enhance body, aroma and balance of the wine.
Food Pairing:Smoked salmon, light seafood, grilled meats. Middle Eastern to Mexican cuisine.
