Hydro-Fit - Surfing

Now the strength, balance and endurance - as well as the fun - that come as part of attaining a surfing body can be learned and practiced at Fitness Incentive. If you are a surfer this class can keep you in shape during flat spells and get you into better shape for when there are waves.If you are interested in learning to surf this class will give you the tools you need to be physically and mentally prepared.And if you just want to achieve that "surfer body" that you can feel proud of when summer comes, this class will get you there.
