Rubber O-Rings

One of Quick Cut Gasket's specialties is fabricating special sized o-rings. Our complete vulcanizing department can make just about any non-standard size with a 3"ID or larger, and in most cases, we can produce such items in just 24-48 hours. We use a hot vulcanizing process, which creates a strong but flexible joint. We carry a variety of o-ring cord sizes both in standard and metric dimensions.

We stock large amounts of o-ring cord in the following compounds: Viton^®, Nitrile (Buna), Neoprene, Silicone and EPDM, in standard durometers of 70, 75 and 90 on the "A" scale.
