Description
VINIFICATION:
The Dr. Frank's Pinot Noir Dry Rosé is made from Pinot Noir grapes that were picked in the cooler hours
of the morning, crushed and then given time for the juice to extract the fresh fruit flavors and bright
colors from the fleshy skins. The free run juice was then fermented in stainless steel vessels at low
temperatures to allow those fresh flavors to remain and be enhanced by the slow fermentation.
DESCRIPTION:
The 2010 Pinot Noir Dry Rosé reveals intense and subtle aromas of peach, berries and citrus with mineral
notes. On the palate, the smooth beginning is balanced by the acidity, leaving a pleasant smooth finish
due to the barrel fermentation. This Pinot Noir presents a classic style Dry Rosé perfect for pasta salads,
seafood and barbecue.
