AXL-1000 Axial Load Tester

The Axial Load Tester measures a can's maximum axial load capacity in kg, N or lbs. To perform this test, one can is placed on a table and slowly raised against the upper pressure plate. Once the maximum force has been reached, the axial load value is recorded, optionally sent to a computer database, and can be read in the display.

Operated hydraulically and pneumatically, the Axial Load Tester uses a choke to adjust the very even speed of the elevator. The distance between the table and the upper plate, is easily changed by using hand wheel.

An integrated microprocessor allows the gauge to be PC-independent; eliminating any potential downtime due to computer related issues.
