Morgan Stanley developed the Business Consulting Service concept more than seven years ago and has evolved into a 40 person team—the largest on the Street—located throughout the world. The Business Consulting team delivers a wealth of services and solutions to clients, both large and small, and dedicated professionals provide expertise and support through all phases of fund evolution - launch, growth and maturity.

We collaborate with clients to define requirements, assess alternatives and implement solutions across all areas of a hedge fund business, including real estate, platform design, infrastructure build-out, provider options, systems implementation, business continuity planning, operations review, human resources, and talent. We then devise a practical, scalable solution that takes into account each client's unique culture and specific needs.
