The Game Bird Red is produced with a blend of Foch, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. This creates a complex and smooth feel, with herbal and black cherry aromas. Rich blackberries open up to reveal a full palate leaving a soft fruit finishing on the tongue, begging for another sip.
