Grace’S Summer Ale

4.3 % ABV
A golden ale brewed with primarily German malt and hops. It is very light in flavor, light in color, and low in bitterness. Very thirst quenching and refreshing as well. It is fermented with our house ale yeast, and was brewed with one pound of sweet orange peel. It is similar to Moose Island but does not have any corn in the malt bill. Named after Grace Ericson when she was born, this beer is brewed in July/Aug. of every year.
